- Formulate and drive financial targets and performance.
- Oversee internal and external financial reporting.
- Manage finance department employees.
- Conduct annual budgeting and regular forecasting.
- Handle accounting processes and statutory reporting, including VAT, transfer pricing, and cash management.
- Monitor payables, receivables, inventory, and fixed asset accounting.
- Produce regular statutory performance reports, including P&L, balance sheets, budget versus actual overviews, cash flow reports, and variance analyses.
- Report capital requirements to the parent company & approve bank payments.
- Supervise company assets, liability, vehicles, etc., insurance, and manage fuel cards.
- Build strong relationships with bankers, auditors, and statutory organizations.
- Potential to take on additional responsibilities beyond finance.
- Develop and implement ERP solutions for more efficient accounting processes.
