Mid-size manufacturing business specializing in flexible packaging with 3 direct reports and 50 indirect reports.
About the Role - Ideally manufacturing leader with a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of leadership experience in a similar industry (flexible printing is ideal). Strong foundational knowledge of coaching and developing others, machine functionality, safety management, quality principles, and continuous improvement tools is required.
