About the Role - Formulate and drive financial targets and performance. Oversee internal and external financial reporting. Manage finance department employees. Conduct annual budgeting and regular forecasting. Handle accounting processes and statutory reporting, including VAT, transfer pricing, and cash management. Monitor payables, receivables, inventory, and fixed asset accounting. Produce regular statutory performance reports, including P&L, balance sheets, budget versus actual overviews, cash flow reports, and variance analyses. Report capital requirements to the parent company & approve bank payments. Supervise company assets, liability, vehicles, etc., insurance, and manage fuel cards. Build strong relationships with bankers, auditors, and statutory organizations. Potential to take on additional responsibilities beyond finance. Develop and implement ERP solutions for more efficient accounting processes.

Qualifications -
- CPA with a degree in accounting or equivalent is ideal.
- Min 5 years' experience in finance with supervision experience over a department.
- Excellent skills in ERP, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Outlook.
- Preferable experience with ERP Business Central.
- Strong numerical and financial skills, with experience working with budgets, monthly accounts, forecasts, and business planning.
