- (MBA or CPA preferred but not required). Over 5 years of financial experience in a manufacturing context. At least 2 years in a finance leadership position.
- Deep understanding of cost accounting, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Proficient in ERP systems and financial software. Superb analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and leadership skills to influence plant operations. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
