What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Cornerstone Management?
Under the supervision of a Construction Manager, the CMS Crew Member safely assists in daily production tasks including but not limited to, quality control, jobsite mobilization/demobilization, installation, jobsite cleanliness, and project oversight.
Deliverable 1 – Safety:
- Complete all tasks in adherence to CMS, OSHA, and client safety regulations.
- Ensure all projects adhere to CMS, OSHA, and client safety regulations.
- Determine and communicate to the Construction Manager/Site Super jobsite safety needs/improvements.
- Communicate to the Construction Manager/Site Super on needed safety trainings as seen.
- Ensure a safety tool-box talk is completed prior to starting any daily task.
Deliverable 2 – Jobsite Oversight/Installation:
- Complete jobsite related tasks as detailed by the Construction Manager/Site Super.
- Assist in jobsite mobilization/demobilization as detailed by the Construction Manager/Site Super.
- Assist the Construction Manager/Site Super on project oversight as directed.
- Work with production team to build/master construction related skill set.
- Provide assistant on installation for waterproofing, roofing, siding, etc…
Deliverable 3 - Communication:
- Use communication which aligns with CMS’s mission, core values, and branding guidelines.
- Ensure communication both to internal and external teams is respectful and educational.
Deliverable 4 – Quality Control:
- Ensure all projects adhere to CMS and client standards.
- Provide quality control for various projects as dictated by the Construction Manager/Site Super.
