Cornerstone Medical Training Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Technician Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in pharmacy operations, medication preparation, and healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging curriculum aligned with industry standards (PTCB, NHA).
- Provide instruction in pharmacy operations, calculations, medication safety, and legal compliance.
- Prepare students for national certification exams such as CPhT (PTCB/NHA).
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, and hands-on lab practice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry changes and pharmacy regulations.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to students to support their career development.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT required).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
