Cornerstone Montgomery – Program Supervisor for RRP

The Program Supervisor oversees and implements the Residential Services at their assigned site. Responsible for providing leadership and supervision and the ongoing development of the program which will include but not be limited to: ensuring complete oversight of the program, developing activities, valued outcomes, assessments, staying abreast of HIPAA and program regulations, ensuring client safety, ensuring Medicaid compliance, managing staff activities, and carrying out additional work related duties.
Responsibilities of the Program Supervisor
- Provide leadership & supervision and the ongoing development of the program
- Ensure complete oversight of the program including client safety and managing staff activities
- Ensure team is meeting administrative and fiscal needs including outcomes, assessments, documentation timelines, and licensing requirements
Qualifications of the Program Supervisor
- Master’s degree in social work or a related field plus two years of relevant work experience, including one year of supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a total of four years of relevant work experience, including one year of supervisory experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree
- Experience in Evidenced Based Practices and substance abuse preferred
