Tille: Family Nurse Practitioner - Certified
Basic Function : Psychiatric care
Reports To : Chief of Psychiatric Services, Director of Medical Services
Company Manager : Director of Medical Services
Hours : Flexible
Overtime : Not Allowed
Evaluations : Annual
Education : Masters or Doctoral degree
Experience : 2 years clinical experience in hospital or private practice. Experience with chemical dependency treatment is preferred.
Responsibilities :
1. Provide psychiatric consults on patients referred by the Chief of Psychiatric Services, Medical Director or Clinical Director.
2. Provide medication evaluations on patients referred by the Chief of Psychiatric Services, Medical Director or Clinical Director.
3. Document clinical activity in the appropriate electronic medical record.
4. Log information in billing software according to procedures
5. Participate in COi activities according to written plan
6. Psychiatric services for Allied Medical Clinic.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
