Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Therapist at Cornerstone of Recovery in Louisville, TN. The Therapist will be responsible for providing addiction treatment services, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patients' recovery journeys.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for addiction
- Ability to develop personalized treatment plans
- Understanding of behavioral health assessments and diagnosis
- Licensure as a therapist (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience working in addiction treatment or related field
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
