Lead Front Office Coordinator - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office workflow, including scheduling, patient check-ins, billings, and administrative tasks.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to front desk staff to ensure a smooth and professional office environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and providers to maintain high-quality service.
- Manage patient inquiries and appointments while ensuring exceptional customer care.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance office efficiency and achieve practice goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a dental or medical front office setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-service mindset with outstanding communication skills.
- Knowledge of dental/medical software systems is a plus but not required.
Position Details:
- Part-Time: 2.5 days a week
- Hours:
- Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
