We’re looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy, and personable Patient Engagement Specialist to join our team and help optimize office flow while improving patient retention, referrals, and outcomes. This individual will play a critical role in driving engagement through patient coaching, social media, and wellness event promotion.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Plan Completion Percentage: Monitor and improve patients’ adherence to recommended care plans.
- Plan On-Time Completion Percentage: Ensure patients complete treatment plans within the intended timeline.
- Wait Time Management: Reduce patient wait times to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.

Primary Purpose:

- Promote referrals and testimonials to grow the clinic’s patient base.

- Improve clinical outcomes through patient education and tailored support.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build Patient Relationships: Act as a coach, guiding patients through their wellness journey while addressing concerns proactively.
- Engage Patients in Care Plans: Educate patients on the importance of completing treatment plans and ensure they understand their progress.
- Promote Wellness Events & Drives: Organize and advertise office events, encouraging patient participation in special initiatives.
- Patient Education: Simplify complex medical concepts, explaining conditions and the clinic’s cutting-edge solutions.
- Anticipate Patient Needs: Monitor patient feedback and identify opportunities to elevate their experience.
- Leverage Technology: Ability to post the content we plan on different social media platforms, educational content, including testimonials, health tips, and event promotions.
- Support Office Workflow: Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to streamline operations, minimizing wait times and enhancing patient satisfaction.
