Position Overview
The Valet position is a high profile, customer service partnership with Augusta National. Valets must adhere to Cornerstone and Augusta National employee conduct standards.
Responsibilities
- Report to work on time and for your scheduled shifts. Maintaining an acceptable attendance record as defined by Cornerstone Parking Group is a key component to this position.
- Report to work in proper uniform.
- Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service by greeting and assisting valet customers with opening/closing car doors, providing information and directions, etc.
- Follow damage check procedures for valet vehicles.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles from assigned parking areas.
- Keep traffic moving and drive lanes/fire lanes clear.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license and responsible driving record.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, strongly preferred.
- 1 yr. customer service experience preferred.
- Able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language.
- Possess a strong desire to serve and care for valet customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Consistently demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers, colleagues, management and leadership teams, and our client.
- High standard of integrity; reliable, responsible.
- Physical demands:
- Able to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods of time (including moving up and down stairs on a regular basis). Being on your feet and moving accounts for approximately 95% of time during shift, depending on parking volume, day of the week, time of day and location.
- Driving and parking vehicles of varying sizes.
- Ability to withstand varying weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
