Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid-possible role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Cornerstone Preferred Insurance Services. The role is located in Burbank, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing Commercial insurance accounts, liaising with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing quotes, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in insurance software (Applied EPIC preferred, but not required) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a similar role in the insurance industry
- Insurance licensing required and certification (e.g., CIC, CPCU, CISR) is a plus
