As a liaison between clients and lending institutions, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless financing and payment options, while achieving monthly forecasts and maintaining strong lender relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Build and maintain positive working relationships with finance sources, presenting service contracts, GAP coverage, and additional financial products to customers.
- Financial Transactions: Ensure ethical and legal financial transactions, meeting and exceeding monthly finance and insurance (F&I) income and penetration goals.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure compliance and disclosure during vehicle deliveries.
- Communication Skills: Develop and maintain excellent communication and listening skills to address customer concerns professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2 years as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership.
- Closing Skills: Strong closing skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
