This role is responsible for managing the HR function across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, employee relations, staffing, and training initiatives are executed effectively. This position requires extensive knowledge of California employment law and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives and foster positive employee relations.
- Educate managers and employees on company policies and ensure consistent application.
- Conduct investigations and mediate employee relations issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate employee disciplinary actions, suspensions, and terminations across the region.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop and implement solutions, policies, and programs.
- Actively participate in recruitment efforts, including job fairs and networking events, to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct employee training programs in collaboration with Learning and Development.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, with a focus on California regulations.
- Provide HR data analysis and reporting solutions tailored to business needs.
- Travel up to 50% to regional locations to maintain strong employee and client relationships.
