Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our office runs seamlessly. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to fostering a productive and positive workplace. Responsibilities
As the Office Manager, you will "make problems go away" for property owners and tenants alike by managing key administrative and operational tasks, including but not limited to:
- Initiating lease renewal processes and handling lease change requests.
- Maintaining strong relationships with property owners, residents, and tenants.
- Managing move-out processes
- Assisting with property listing preparation and data entry.
- Delegating tasks within the office as needed to ensure efficiency.
- Preparing and distributing notices to tenants.
- Tracking delinquencies and preparing court filings when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional clerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in calendar management tools and cloud based filing.
- Demonstrated experience in office management or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette and problem solving.
- Proficiency in Google Office
- Minimum of Associates degree or Iowa Real Estate License required
- Knowledge in the property management industry and Iowa landlord tenant law preferred.
