What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Cornerstone Property Management?
Professional community management company located in Louisville, Kentucky handling Associations in the surrounding counties and Southern Indiana is seeking a full time community manager. Experience with condominium and homeowners association management is preferred. Must have flexible schedule to attend some evening meetings. Strong customer service skills. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Maintain positive relationships with homeowners and board of directors, address complaints from homeowners and resolve problems, communicate with vendors/contractors, participate in meetings, read and follow governing documents, budget preparations, inspection of communities, understand and read financial statements and communicate with board of directors
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Prior customer service/association management experience preferred
Proficiency with computers
Required knowledge of Word and Excel
Outlook experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic administrative skills including typing, answering phones, etc
Ability to work well with others
Willingness to maintain a high level of customer service
