Job Description:
- Financial Management: Analyze trends to reduce financial risks associated with making investment or spending decisions.
- Accounting Procedures: Manage accounting procedures and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including tax compliance.
- Budgeting: Develop plans for growth to increase company profit while reducing expenditure.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and process company tax filings and ensure timely submission.
- Team Management: Hire and oversee the Accounting Department, including giving directions and delivering evaluations.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of fiscal policy and regulations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven success as a people manager.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
