Commercial Service Carpenter - Field Technician

New England Area

We are currently looking for experienced carpenters or general maintenance technicians to join a construction management company based in Mont Vernon, NH. Projects will be throughout the New England Area. This is a direct-hire position with full benefits. Candidates located in NH or central / northern MA are encouraged to apply!

Must have experience performing the following :

  • Floor repairs- VCT, LVT, Quarry tile, Ceramic Tile, etc
  • Drywall and finish work
  • Painting
  • Minor carpentry
  • Door and hardware installs
  • Bathroom remodel work
  • Minor concrete repairs

Desired Qualification :

  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • bility to work independently
  • 8 years in commercial construction
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • bility to travel to supports assignments
  • Great communication skills both written and oral
  • bility to submit daily reports
  • Experience working on supermarket projects is preferred
