A leading pallet distribution company is seeking an Operations and Sales Coordinator to manage client relationships, oversee order fulfillment, and support internal sales growth. This role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily client and mill communication, ensuring timely order updates, managing 25-30 accounts at a time.
- Process new orders, update scheduling systems, and set up dock appointments.
- Manage order fulfillment via Salesforce, ensuring paperwork is completed.
- Address client inquiries on product specs, order changes, and delivery adjustments.
- Support sales efforts by identifying growth opportunities with existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and certifications.
- Assist with new customer setup, including paperwork and internal onboarding.
- Conduct onsite client meetings as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management, sales support, or operations coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 (Base)
