Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight : Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and bidding through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Bidding & Estimating : Lead the bid process by evaluating project scope, preparing competitive proposals, and analyzing subcontractor / vendor quotes.
- Procurement & Vendor Management : Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality materials and labor.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clear updates, managing expectations, and addressing project changes.
- Team Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff to drive seamless execution.
- Software & Documentation : Utilize BuilderTrend and ProKitchen to track progress, manage contracts, and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Risk & Problem-Solving : Identify potential challenges early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
