The services provided by the branch include masonry, EIFS and concrete restoration, building exterior repair and waterproofing. Typical projects range from $300K to $3M and is one branch among 30 others nationwide.
Ideal Project Manager candidates will meet these minimum requirements :
- High School Diploma is required. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar discipline is preferred.
- 3 years of relevant experience with a GC or specialty contractor. Experience with concrete or masonry restoration and / or waterproofing is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications.
The Project Manager position offers a strong base salary, full health benefits, company vehicle package, uncapped non discretionary bonus, 401k 4% match, etc.
