We are actively searching for a Commerical Superintendent for a leading high end residential custom home builder, remodeler and commercial GC in the Baltimore metro area. Their commercial team focuses on high-end / niche-oriented construction and remodeling projects in the retail, banking, education, country club, and restaurant industry within the greater Baltimore area.
We are looking for career minded, professional individuals that excel in the construction industry, who are looking to grow with this established firm who has a lot of work currently and in the future.
Responsibilities
With this client, the Site Superintendent is a key player in the company. They are onsite for this high-level project, managing and leading the team of trade partners and subcontractors, while adhering to the project specifications, timeline, and budget. minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial construction Site Superintendent is required. The salary and bonus structure is commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- The qualified candidate is experienced and able to manage the client, subcontractors / trades, and architectural / design professionals.
- Comfortable with technology
- Familiar with interpreting and following complicated specs and blueprints
- Able to handle and manage the schedule and budget, attend the progress meetings and provide insight and professional input
- Maintains a safe, clean, positive, and organized project site
- Conducts him / herself in a professional manner at all times.
