Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Must work well independently
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial construction
- OSHA 30 training certification
- Unrestricted Construction Supervisors license certificate preferred
- Ability to travel as required to support assignments
- Communication skills - written and verbal
- Computer skills- Outlook, Excel, MS Project, Word, Procore and Adobe (on cell phone, tablet and laptop)
- Ability to submit daily and project reports
- 3-week scheduling
- Experience working in supermarkets desired
- Working knowledge of all trades
- Must be able to read and understand project plans
- Excellent compensation based upon experience
