We are currently looking for a Vice President of Asset Management for a well-established development company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset strategies to optimize financial performance and long-term value creation.
- Directly supervise Asset Managers and Associates, providing leadership and guidance.
- Oversee a portfolio of 25 assets throughout the Puget Sound and major California markets, ensuring maximized returns and strategic execution, with strong portfolio growth forecasts.
- Drive leasing and revenue optimization strategies, ensuring strong occupancy and tenant relationships.
- Collaborate with in-house and third-party property managers, leasing teams, and development managers to execute both the development and stabilized asset business plans efficiently.
- Manage capital planning, property renovations, and deferred maintenance to enhance asset value.
- Serve as a key liaison with investors, lenders, and executive leadership, delivering clear and compelling financial and operational reporting.
- Manage the acquisition of stabilized and value add assets including the due diligence market and property analysis, and growth opportunities for future investments.
- Maintain a deep understanding of local and regional real estate markets to identify and capitalize on market trends to drive portfolio growth and strategic initiatives.
