Cornerstone Relocation Group (CRG) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Global Business Development! The Vice President, Global Business Development plays a pivotal role in driving growth by selling global relocation services to corporate prospects. This strategic, high-impact position is responsible for developing and executing territory plans, managing day-to-day business development activities, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. With a strong emphasis on profitability, market expansion, and compliance, this role serves as a key contributor to Cornerstone’s continued success and visibility in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source new business leads directly through corporate channels, as well as indirectly via suppliers and other internal leveraging strategies.
- Effectively present, promote, and sell Cornerstone’s products and services to prospective clients using compelling and tailored value propositions.
- Consistently achieve or surpass established sales targets and performance objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of Cornerstone’s service offerings, products, and systems to consult strategically with clients and recommend solutions that align with their specific goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients by identifying their unique business drivers and aligning appropriate Cornerstone solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft and deliver high-quality, customized sales proposals to targeted prospects.
- Partner with the Sales Leader and/or Vice President of Finance to negotiate favorable service agreements and pricing structures with new clients.

What You'll Need:
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience selling to “C” level decision-makers in relocation or corporate benefit sales
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent years of relevant experience
Collaboration and Interaction:
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities
- Willingness to proactively engage prospective clients via cold calling and social media platforms
- Ability to assess client needs, solve problems, and present practical solutions
- Adept at educating prospects about service offerings through calls and presentations
- Open to receiving feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
Language Skills:
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to a variety of audiences
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to command an audience
- Excellent oral and written communication capabilities
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to assist in determining pricing schedules for proposals, RFIs, and RFPs
Computer Skills:
- Strong technical aptitude, including experience with CRM platforms and digital tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Facebook, ChatGPT, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Reasoning Abilities:
- Ability to remain flexible and effectively manage last-minute projects and tight deadlines
- Ability to monitor market trends and competitive activity, including pricing, products, and marketing strategies
- Commitment to maintaining professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and participation in industry groups
- High attention to detail with strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
