Duties will include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs (dishwashers, washer/dryer, oven/stovetops, fridges), HVAC, painting and grounds. You will get apartments ready for move in.

* Have own basic tools

Pay $19.00 -$23.00 per hour. Monthly Commissions Discounted Housing

- On-call rotations
