What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Technician position at Cornerstone Residential LLC?

Duties will include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs (dishwashers, washer/dryer, oven/stovetops, fridges), HVAC, painting and grounds. You will get apartments ready for move in.

* General maintenance experience in multi-unit residential a HUGE plus but not required.

*Experience in plumbing, HVAC and appliance repairs
*HVAC Certification preferred
* Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
* Have own basic tools

Pay $20.00 -$25.00 per hour. Monthly Commissions
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
