We are seeking a Groundskeeper to work at our Apartment Community. The position is responsible for the overall day-to-day cleanliness of our Apartment Communities

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure grounds are well kept and clear from all trash/debris
- Power washing breezeways
- Help with landscaping needs
- Assist maintenance with make readies
Non Exempt (Hourly)
$16.00-$20.00 an hour DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Groundskeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
