What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make-Ready Technician/Groundskeeper position at Cornerstone Residential?
- Monitors and/or performs make-ready services on vacant apartments to include painting, repairs, drywall/sheetrock repairs, appliance repair, minor plumbing and electrical.
- Ensures that all assigned work order requests are responded and completed promptly
- Ensures apartment homes have been turned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provides excellent customer service to prospective and current residents, and promotes a quality living experience for all residents.
- Provides on-call service when scheduled and performs emergency maintenance work when needed.
- Maintains grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Management for items that need immediate attention.
- Participates in Company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment.
- Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
