Responsibilities will include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs (dishwashers, oven/stovetops, fridges), painting and grounds. Pool maintenance. You and your team will be getting apartments ready for move in, maintaining grounds, and supervising all maintenance and staff. On call duties.

*Must be willing to commit to at least 1 year of employment
Pay: $23.00 per hour Monthly Commission
