Reporting directly to the President / CEO, the incoming CIO will be charged with tactically leading technology for the credit union and developing a technological strategic plan that will move the organization forward. Primary responsibilities will be to evaluate the existing structure of the IT department; develop, coach, and mentor the IT staff; oversee and manage vendor relationships; and lead a project-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership abilities, possess a hands-on management style, and be well-versed in all areas of technology including networking and systems, programming, and security. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to develop and implement a strategic vision. This opportunity is an in-office position and requires five plus years of senior leadership experience within a financial institution.
