Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote credit union products, services, and membership growth.
- Create bilingual marketing materials to serve diverse member needs.
- Design and distribute promotional materials, newsletters, and EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) campaigns.
- Assist in graphic design tasks for marketing content, social media, and print materials.
- Track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Website & Digital Marketing
- Maintain and update the credit union’s WordPress website—ensuring all plugins, pages, and security features are up to date.
- Post content updates, banners, promotions, and build/modify website pages as needed.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility.
- Oversee and manage email marketing campaigns and digital ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Social Media Management
- Manage and create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Develop a social media content calendar to maintain consistency and drive engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and member inquiries across all platforms.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
