If you have 1 years of relevant experience and a passion for assisting patients, we encourage you to apply!Location : Cary, NC Schedule : Monday – Friday with a rotating Saturday shift (Flexible hours between 9 AM – 7 PM EST)Work Setup : Hybrid (Onsite for the first 60 days, then remote)Type : Contract-to-hirePay Rate : $20–$23 / hr. (Based on experience) Key Responsibilities : Assist patients with copay assistance, prior authorizations, and financial aid applications.Manage case documentation, provider communication, and inbound inquiries.Ensure proper pharmacy coordination and compliance reporting.Qualifications : Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance verification and benefits coordination.Associate’s degree or higher preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong customer service and communication abilities.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to evolving priorities.This is a great opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to providing vital support to patients and healthcare providers.
