Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC is seeking experienced professionals to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) under a federal contract. We are looking for dedicated professionals with expertise in project management, executive support, human resources, procurement, IT administration, and logistics.
Project Manager (PM) – Key Personnel

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and the government, ensuring successful execution of contract requirements.
- Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule while managing risks and performance metrics.
- Lead project planning, implementation, and reporting efforts, ensuring compliance with federal policies.
- Track funding and deliver status updates to stakeholders.
- Supervise subcontractor performance and ensure seamless coordination.
- Manage transition-in and transition-out activities to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years direct experience supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum five years of project management experience in a federal contracting environment.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and organizational management skills.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
