Shift Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM - Monday through Friday - No weekends

Position Overview :

Our client seeks a highly skilled and motivated Director of Nursing Services to lead and oversee nursing operations. This pivotal role involves coordinating nursing services with medical and administrative functions to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

As a key management team member, you will play an integral role in strategic planning, policy development, and administrative decision-making while driving patient care excellence, resource efficiency, and engagement with staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and maintain nursing practice standards, ensuring exceptional patient care.
• Develop and implement forward-thinking policies and procedures for nursing and related services.
• Monitor and enhance the quality of care, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead and inspire nursing staff through effective recruitment, retention, and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments and agencies to optimize resources and services.
• Spearhead budget planning and ensure the cost-effective delivery of services.
• Serve as a spokesperson for nursing matters, representing our client in professional organizations.
• Support and encourage research to advance nursing practices and operational efficiency.
