Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about engineering and thrives in a collaborative environment. To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience: 8–12 years of experience in structural steel design, including hands-on expertise with steel connection design and structural analysis.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required; Structural Engineer (SE) license is a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong skills in structural analysis software (e.g., RAM Elements, RAM Connections) and Excel.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for structural drafting.
- In-depth knowledge of US building codes and design standards (IBC, ASCE, AISC).

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
