Direct Hire | Full-Time
Location: Genesee County, Michigan
Salary: $54,900 – $65,000 (Contingent on Certification and Tenure)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts/after-hours and weekends as needed | On-Site

Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is now hiring a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) to partner with a leading behavioral health services provider dedicated to patient-centered care. What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality, ethical, and person-centered ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. As a QBHP, you will:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and document within the Flatrock Information Network (FIN)
- Secure all required consents and ensure documentation compliance
- Design and implement Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs), quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments
- Provide in-service training for implemented behavior plans
- Continually assess new and current residents per policy guidelines
- Deliver hands-on staff training in behavior strategies, positive interaction, coping skills, and structured routines
- Collaborate with the treatment team and clinical leaders to resolve concerns and refine treatment strategies
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, including case reviews and planning sessions
- Consult with medical professionals to coordinate care plans and medication strategies
- Model best practices and monitor day-to-day program execution
- Submit documentation for BCBA approval and remain compliant with agency and clinical protocols
- Promote a positive, empowering culture while advocating for the rights and well-being of every resident
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (Required)
- Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or meet BACB guidelines for QBHP eligibility
- At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services in a clinical or residential setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
