Pay Range : $23.00 - $25.00 / hr
Schedule : Monday-Friday ( 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM)

Key Responsibilities :
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including data entry, billing, and reconciliations.
Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with payroll processing and employee records maintenance.
Handle banking functions, including deposits, reconciliations, and transaction monitoring.
Collaborate with HR to support onboarding and payroll updates.
Generate financial reports using Excel and other accounting tools.
Ensure compliance with policies and financial procedures.
Provide general administrative support across departments.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma / GED
2 years of experience in AP / AR, payroll, or basic accounting.
Associate s degree in Accounting (preferred but not required with experience).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
