Pay: $17.52
Hours: 20-24 hours a week, Tues, Wed, and Thurs 8a-4p
(On rare occasion, may be asked to come in on Monday/Friday for special event)
Job Description: This is a foundational, onsite support role ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This position focuses on essential daily tasks that contribute to the overall functionality of the workplace. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing mail, restocking shared supplies, supporting basic office organization, and assisting with occasional logistics for meetings or small events. Respond to day-to-day requests for general administrative support.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an office or administrative environment is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a support capacity and performing routine tasks
