Job Description :
Candidate is supporting the observations research and health economics group.
Primarily responsible for assisting staff members with compiling documents for submissions, formatting, uploading into document management system and distribution of submissions.
Route corporate documents, records, and reports for review and approval.
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution to appropriate teams.
Will also be responsible for distributing meeting minutes, project tracking (i.e. database, timelines), as well as demonstrating the ability to interact with various levels of management.
Additional responsibilities include independently coordinating calendared meetings, managing multiple and / or complex calendars, preparing agendas and making arrangements for weekly and ad hoc committee meetings.
May be asked to lead administrative projects and provide management with status / activity reports and updates.

Day to Day Responsibilities :
Manage multiple complex calendars.
Review and upload clinical trial documents for committee meetings and approvals.
Provide customer service to committee members and teams submitting for review.
Distribute meeting agendas, pre-reads and minutes.
Track ongoing projects and provide regular updates to ensure on-time submissions, reviews and approvals.
Basic Qualifications
Associate degree and 2 years of experience OR 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience OR High school diploma / GED and 4 years of experience
