Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire Opportunity

Schedules Available:

• Thursday–Sunday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Pay: $32–$40/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on aircraft engines, systems, and components.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, structural, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure aircraft reliability.

• Collaborate with a team to resolve complex aircraft issues.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records per regulations.

• Follow strict safety protocols and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Aircraft Mechanic License and completion of an accredited aviation maintenance program

• 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience (military or civilian)

• Experience with avionics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and powerplants

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow technical manuals

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic maintenance tracking programs

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying hangar conditions

• Ability to travel as needed and work weekends/evenings when required
