CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a commercial general contractor in Irving, TX seeking a skilled Assistant Construction Project Manager . As the Assistant Construction Project Manager , you assist with our building operations, which involve managing various types of projects such as warehouses, factories, manufacturing plants, logistics and trucking centers, office buildings, auto dealerships, aviation hangars, educational institutions, parking garages, self-storage units, and more. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial and / or industrial construction projects. This is an exciting direct-hire opportunity that offers stability, growth, and excellent benefits.

Assistant Construction Project Manager Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience working for a commercial general contractor
• Must have experience working on 3-5 commercial project at a time which values of $10mm - $40mm
• High School Diploma or higher (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
• Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor
• Strong communication skills & leadership ability
• Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, BlueBeam, Viewpoint / Spectrum and other construction-related software
