Job Title: Auto Loan Collections Agent
Pay: $19.00/hour
Location: On-site in Tempe, AZ
- Remote opportunity after two months of training (based on performance)
Schedule: The center is open 6:00am - 10:00pm | Monday - Sunday
- Must be able to work any 8hr shift with mandatory OT at the end of the month
- Occasional weekends
Job Description:
Manage and follow up on delinquent auto loan accounts through a combination of high-volume dialer-driven outreach and manual follow-up efforts.
Job Duties:
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by effectively addressing borrower concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer interactions focused on achieving results.
- Identify, assess, and resolve causes of account delinquency.
- Negotiate and implement account resolution strategies.
- Consistently meet company performance and productivity standards.
- Conduct skip tracing to locate and contact borrowers as needed.
- Drive reductions in delinquency rates for assigned accounts.
Ideal Candidate:
- *2 years of Collections experience REQUIRED - must be demonstrated on RESUME*
- Genuine passion for exceeding goals and metrics
- Overtime available!
On-boarding Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
