Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow in their role by gaining expertise in Electronic Health Records systems, Patient Portal management, and OKTA Migrations, along with other duties as assigned. You'll play a vital role in providing white-glove, high-level customer service. You'll be at the forefront of supporting healthcare professionals and patients by ensuring seamless functionality and accessibility of our EHR/Patient Portal systems.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding white-glove service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Master EHR/Patient Portal Systems: Develop a comprehensive understanding of EHR/Patient Portal functionalities and workflows to effectively assist users.
- Document and Troubleshoot: Accurately document incident details and utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to identify solutions and workarounds for technical issues.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Empower Team Success: Commit to working as part of a team, contributing to a positive team dynamic, and empowering colleagues to achieve success.
- Continuous Learning and Growth: Stay informed about the latest developments in EHR and Patient Portal technologies to provide the best support possible.

- Provide initial support for EHR/Patient Portal access issues or requests.
- Offer assistance through phone, email, and ticket management systems.
- Effectively escalate critical incidents when necessary.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, demonstrating full comprehension and fluency.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience in EHR support, clinical settings, and direct patient care is highly preferred.
Previous Experience/Requirements
- 1-3 year of experience in EHR support within a clinical setting, ideally with direct patient care or pharmacy involvement.
- Experience in EMR/EHR support is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to accommodate operational requirements.
