Worksite : Chandler, AZ
- Expected to work on-site a few days per month
Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift between 7 AM and 5 PM
Availability for occasional overtime during evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
Pay : $17 / hr.
What You’ll Be Doing
Evaluate and verify the quality and accuracy of telephone and clerical work performed by call center staff and business partners
Attend calibration sessions to ensure consistency in processes, procedures, and scoring
Leverage recording and monitoring applications to compile data and generate reports that align with business objectives
Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance expectations and maintain high-quality standards
Successful candidates will possess :
Bilingual in Spanish
2 years of experience working in a call center environment
Strong written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
A strong sense of accountability and the ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance
Capability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
A functional high-speed internet connection to facilitate working from home as needed
Preferred : Automotive finance experience
