Job Title: Claims Investigator
Location: Carmel, IN (fully onsite)
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-4:30pm
This role is responsible for the initial setup and investigation of claims before they are assigned to a licensed adjuster. The Claims Investigator will handle 20-40 claims per day, reviewing documentation, verifying coverage, and identifying potential recovery opportunities.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Description:
- Review claim documentation to match collateral damage with the appropriate insurance policy.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and professional assistance.
- Maintain high service levels while handling multiple claims efficiently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Insurance background is not preferred.
