Title: Client Support Specialist - Banking Operations
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid Schedule)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (8:00am - 5:00pm PST)
Pay: $23- $25/hour
Duration: Temporary - Anticipated Start 4/28/25 through 10/24/25
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and Regional Bank Product Managers to fulfill client service requests, including account maintenance, issue resolution, and deposit application processing.
- Handle a variety of incoming client requests such as loan modifications, data updates, and online banking troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry, and ensure disclosures and documentation are processed and sent as required.
- Provide high-quality customer service through professional verbal and written communications.
- Track and resolve client issues and complaints, ensuring a positive and solution-focused experience.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance goals.
- Support a hybrid work model with flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the banking or finance industry (banking or mortgage lending strongly preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Proficient in problem-solving and identifying action items to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance to support team and business needs.
Additional Notes:
- Initial training to be completed onsite in Plano.
- In-office presence required at least 3 days per month (subject to change based on business needs).
- Interview process includes two rounds via Microsoft Teams.
