Job Title: Collections Specialist
Pay: $19.00/hourly
Location: Tempe, AZ | **WFH** WFH after 2 months of training
Schedule: 6:00am - 10:00pm (8hr shift with mandatory OT at the end of the month)
*2 years of Collections experience REQUIRED - must be demonstrated on RESUME*
Job Description:
Collect and follow up on delinquent auto loan accounts both in a heavy dialer driven environment with manual efforts as well.
Duties:
Maintaining good customer relations with borrowers and effectively solving problems is our main focus
Best in class customer interactions with results!
Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for delinquency
Negotiate account resolutions
Maintain company performance and productivity standards
Perform skip tracing as needed
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
Ideal Candidate:
2 years of Collections experience - REQUIRED -Must be demonstrated on Resume
Genuine passion for exceed goals
Eager to make extra $$ in OT
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Criminal Background Screening
2 verifiable employment references
