Collections Representative

Job Title: Collections Rep

Pay: $19.00/hourly

Location: Tempe, AZ | **Hybrid flexibility after 2 months**

Schedule: 6:00am - 10:00pm (8hr shift with mandatory OT at the end of the month)

*2 years of Collections experience REQUIRED - must be demonstrated on RESUME*

Job Description:

Collect and follow up on delinquent auto loan accounts both in a heavy dialer driven environment with manual efforts as well.

Duties:

• Maintaining good customer relations with borrowers and effectively solving problems is our main focus
• Best in class customer interactions with results!
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for delinquency
• Negotiate account resolutions
• Maintain company performance and productivity standards
• Perform skip tracing as needed
• Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts

Ideal Candidate:

• 2 years of Collections experience - REQUIRED -Must be demonstrated on Resume
• Genuine passion for exceed goals
• Eager to make extra $$ in OT

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
• 2 verifiable employment references
